There does not appear to be any proper methodology or Science behind either your use of or the result of the self-treatment you have employed. You are not supposed to proceed if you feel sick! Moderation in the employment of anything, especially generally harmless treatments, is necessary. Take it easy with any protocol, including those prescribed!
