Vitamin A also, plays a synergistic rold with both vitamin D and k2.
There needs to be more research into how D levels are effected by vitamin A and k2, along with iodine's effects.
If one is deficient in vitamin A and taking D, they become even more deficient in A.
It is the same in reverse if D is deficient and A is abundant, D becomes more deficient.
I do not know if k2 has this effect, but I do know that taking iodine seems to use up D.
