How to extract nutrients from any sillicon dioxde based soil/rock/sand

I have a method to extract nutrition from sands and soil and directly for human consumption


the first thing you do is create a molten lye of sodium/potassium hydroxide

with this liquid you can put any soil, rocks , sand, whatever type of earth you want and its easy to have it powdered and a little moist as the water will steam out as soon as it hits the liquid


this makes a silicate salt...... then you acidify the silicate salt to make a silica gel

any acid you use to successfully acidfy the silicate salt will make a salt which can be consumed and is full of silica gel and whatever trace minerals are contained in it


this is the cheapest way to get all your nutrition... all you need is any protein and carb...... and you can live off of all of this
