What we do know is 90%+ if not nearly all people who have something to sell in the health field, tend to write any lie it takes to make their sells..

Ya just have to look, suspect and self-experiment.

I personally stopped looking at crap on the internet some years back and pretty much don't trust much. Seems most authors living past 1950 tend to write allot of lies as part of their way to make a living and with the internet, "everyone is an author.
