candida and ringing in ears? also need help with the candida protocol

I have had constant ringing in my ears since around september. I recently saw a doctor and she found I had a high amount of candida antibodies. I guess that explains it as several ENTs could not find anything and my hearing is fine.

I also have several other symptoms, brain fog, fatigue, etc.

I was just wondering if this was related to candida in my sinuses or the toxins in my blood. I read somewhere about potassium bicarbonate for tinnitus related to candida and I ordered some to try it out.

I hear having tinnitus with candida is pretty common. But I am still confused on how to get rid of the candida.

I have already started the diet I found on thecandidadiet.com which seems useful. I picked up candigone and candizyme to start off with. I'm also drinking a lot of chamomile tea and I put pau d' arco in a lot of my tea also. I'm also drinking/cooking with coconut oil.

I'm wondering what else I should do. When I use candigone my ears ring slightly louder which I assume is a good sign. I want to try to get rid of this in 3-4 months which is probably possible from what I've seen. I'm also 20 so my immune system is pretty good.

I'm using a fan to sleep right now as it helps a lot. For now the doctor stuck my on a diet and told me to come back in a few weeks.
