It looks like it could be... Some of them look like a "target" and can get very large. Yours doesn't look too awful bad...

Did you ever see a tick? Or anything else? I think lyme can be vectored by more than just ticks imo.

Have you tried to see a doctor? I mean a lyme literate Dr. that might actually help you out?
