I had been suffering from back pain since last 2 years. I consulted to various doctors but nothing came out as evident. I decided to investigate on my own. In a book store when I was looking for some book related to my problem, I came across this book, its title appealed me but I was also of the thought that we should not judge book by its cover. However, I don’t know why I still purchased, may be in the hope of getting some information that can help me found out my back problem. I started reading after sometime. Surprisingly, unlike other medical books, I found it much interesting and realistic to follow. The scoliosis exercises I carried out given in this book since last few months are making me much better day by day. I feel fresher than ever before and these exercises and other valuable tips have considerably reduced my back pain as well. It is a wonderful piece by Dr. Kevin Lau, everyone must have in his/ her home.
