Help: Big Parasite burrowed through skin

I had a soreness in my inner thigh, since a few days back, but hadn't really paid it much attention. However, I noticed today some weird protrusion that is beige and oval shaped, near the crotch area. I was pulling at it, but it seems attached inside. I think it's a parasite, and its kinda freaking me out. Does anyone know how I can safely removed this?

I have been doing an intensive colon cleansing as well as a juice fast. I think this is the reason why the parasite found a new attachment in my body.
