Re: be your own Chiropracter

Smoothman,

That's a good question. When I learned this chi-kung form called LCUPCD I was able to feel the adjustments in my hips and neck exactly where I would go out of alignment. I haven't gone to the chiropractor in years now after I learned and mastered the practice. It won't happen right away for everyone...it really depends in what shape you are in. For most others unless you have done some previous work on yourself, such as Feldenkrais, or other body-awareness therapies it may be more difficult to achieve because our bodies are so stiff and conditioned.

But this chi-kung form has ALL the movements you need to open up any spinal block you may have in which you can self-correct and eventually be free of a chiropractor. The chi-kung form doesn't take long to perform - only sixteen minutes and I only need to do it once or twice a month now to stay in alignment. Of course in the beginning it was doing it religiously every day...then once a week...then only when I needed it.

Other than that, the Top Knot formula will help for loosening up the frontanel and other bones in the skull and release the stagnent energy down the spine. I just got it last week and for me...my nasal passages started draining for two hours the first time I applied it on my scalp. It's really an amazing gift.
