Wanting to get cured from neuromyelitis optica

I just wanna know is there any better way to slow down this disease as serious as this disease. I was perfectly healthy three years ago and the tragedy struck me right before I turned 30 years old. I'll b 32 years old this Coming October. I was admitted in the hospital this pass December they say I have any where to 3 yrs but didn't make it clear to me am im gonna die. All they say is get your finances right for your child's future. That's all I can think of is death Tweet
