No need to take probiotics if the colon is a mess, try taking the Bentonite with psyllium and the psyllium will cause the good bacteria to grow while the Bentonite clears out the bad and any yeast overgrowth. Take it until improvement occurs then drop to a level that will maintain colon health.. Avoid all acid foods, all junk foods, all dairy,wheat, and fried foods. Limit meat intake, improve vegetable and raw food intake. Avoid MacDonalds like it was the black plague.
