You should. But I don't quite understand. I understand that eating fresh is way more healthy than eating processed stuff (I have pretty much removed processed food as much as possible from my diet), but what does that have to do with eating gluten free? You don't have to eat all fresh to get rid of gluten. If you do get processed food, make sure it doesn't contain gluten. Maybe try getting your processed stuff from a organic store or something, which might be more 'reliable'. Also, at least where I live, we have "gluten free corners" in stores, especially organic stores, where you can get lots of gluten free things (like pasta, sweets etc).
Not going to harp on it much longer (;-) it's your body after all), but even if your lips don't get better doing the diet, you're still harming the rest of your body not doing it as soon as possible.
