I broke it at whole foods with pizza, beef pasta, and a tub of ice cream.
This afternoon I had 3 yogurts, 3 bananas and a potato.
I'm upset at myself for breaking the fast and really want to start again tomorrow, but I'm concerned that maybe I wasted too much of my fast reserves in the last two days- I'm not overweight and not trying to lose weight. I'm not underweight, but I'm not sure how much fat I have to lose.
I'meven more concerned about electrolyte loss- I had lost of carbs/sugar today, which may have caused electrolyte depletion.
Do you think I'm ok to do 14 days starting tomorrow?
