Re: Health Saga - Help

O M G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I HAVE THE EXACT SAME STORY AS YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No one could ever relate!! Finally!! Except I am Male.

We have %90 same symptoms from the itching to the rash on our upper right arm!!! :O

I fast and when I do I poop the EXACT same stuff in the first pic. Usually during a cleanse.

I have pooped a string like the 2nd pic but I don't think it's a worm as it tears apart as soon as anything touches it. It has no "body" or mass if I touch it with a piece of toilet paper it just breaks apart.

Good News!! I know what the itching is!!

It's yeast. If it's more active at night-time and targets your calves then It's yeast. The way you can test this is like this:

Rub a yeast-killing essential oil like Lavender, Tea Tree, or anything that kills yeast, even alcohol. And rub it on your calves at night when it itches. You should experience immediate relief. Also you can take a hot/warm bath with a yeast killing component with Epsom Salt and ginger and you will also feel relief. The bathing relief could even last a few hours.

I've gotten rid of the itching after taking a product called "Scram" by Health Force, watching my diet more, taking coconut oil and other yeast killing supplements and taking Milk Thistle.

I had TERRIBLE and I mean TERRIBLE Acne all over my body. Face, neck, chest, legs, butt, shoulders, back and even beneath my hair!!
I've been s-l-o-w-l-y getting better and am now %95 clear.

**********************************
Today I had a revelation though!!

I never knew what a lymphatic system was and after watching a video about it by "thelovevitamin", it described my Acne to a T.

PLEASE, keep in touch with me so we can exchange ideas and kill this problem once and for all. I feel my victory is within a few months reach and I have never read someones experience that matches mine until I read your post and ironically today is the first time in my life that I decided to look into what a Lymphatic System was, I searched and found this post.

That being said I want to ask you a few things:

Do you notice that your Acne is symmetrical?

I noticed this recently. If I get a pimple on one part on my body I usually will have on on the opposite side, like a mirror. After looking at a Lymph chart today, it all CLICKED. The lymphatic system is also symmetrical. I tend to get acne around my lymph nodes. For example I had a few pimples on my neck below both ears.

I am currently fasting and haven't gotten much exercise and learned lack of exercise causes the lymph system to get sluggish. Since then I have gotten acne around my lymph nodes so starting tomorrow I will end my fast and exercise :) and see how that helps.

here's the chart, which illustrates where I broke out recently.

That is NOT a pic of me, but the fact that it shows where I broke out during my fast/lack of exercise is almost scary. Very revealing.
I atribute this to my body detoxing but having trouble clearing out the toxins.

2nd question:

Do you have a white coated tongue?

No matter how much I cleanse, watch my diet or take supplements to kill Candida, it never goes away. Now that I have been fasting for several days without ANY Sugar or carbs, I still wake up with a white paste on my tongue.

We seem to have the exact same thing going here. Please let me know what has worked for you and I will answer any question you may have for me as well.

God Bless :)
