I just use regular non-fluoride toothpaste. The Brand I use Is "tea tree therapy" tea tree toothpaste with baking soda. "Tom's of Maine" also has good fluoride free toothpaste

I have found It's easier to brush with the essential oil when you have regular toothpaste than when you use a dry substance like baking soda and/or salt or whatever.
