Healing from a symptom as "minor" as eczema (which you're right is due to leaky gut) can be really fast. It just depends on the "intensity" of your protocol.
For very fast results, start drinking homemade goat milk kefir, at least 2-3 cups a day. Your eczema could worsen temporarily though, as kefir is really effective at killing candida and parasites, which are at the root of your leaky gut. Also, cleaning your liver could accelerate your recovery. Drink beet juice, take liver friendly herbs like milk thistle, consider
Liver Flushes and coffee enemas.
You might also want to consider enemas, especially kefir retention enemas.
