So I made my own array with some stainless steel I had laying around and a small battery charger I had and set it for 2 amps, 12 volts. It seems to be working quite well. Water is turning orange and its giving off a pool, chlorine smell. I had to use a couple tablespoons of sea salt to feel anything. The tingle seems to wear off after a bit.
