I made the drink as recommended by evanluck (i think) and I had trouble digesting it. I read up and learned to mix the ingredients with buttermilk which is working better for me. but i'm still a bit gassy after.
Then i decided to just add my berries or pear and make it a meal
1/2 cup berries
1 cup organic natural buttermilk
1 T. molasses
1 T. raw honey
2 T. lime water
1/2 T. kelp for now
1 pinch epsom s.
2T lecithin
is this a good way of getting all the nutrients in or am setting myself up for indigestion?
