mycotoxins, coffee beans, bullet proof coffee and anti-oxidants
after hearing how people were getting great results with "bullet proof coffee" i made the switch to this supposed low toxin coffee and must say i do notice a difference and apparently most do. adding the butter(or ghee) and coconut oil (or MCT oil) can go a long way for appetite suppression too..
and remember what u dont digest only serves to poison u further..
interesting how natural news claims steaming coffee helps to break down the mycotoxins, perhaps thats really whats happening with the 12-20 minute simmer for CE's..
either way im pretty sure wilsons is not Wet-Processed so unnless the 20min simmer is enough it makes me wonder how many might be poisoning themselves with aflatoxins in the name of cleansing the liver.
and for all serious coffee drinkers paaalease look into this and just try some of this dudes coffee beans or do the research to find some local wet-processed ones, otherwise IMO u are poisoning yourself.

also interesting that this guy has taken the same concept with the coffee beans and applied it to coca and Vanilla beans, basically that these are some of the most anti-oxidant rich superfoods around but due to, urm, 'incompetent' processing methods that almost everyone uses u get lots of aflatoxins, solvents etc plus nutrient neutralization. thats probably why they taste so fckin good too... im jus sayin.. not to many things have a rich taste or smell like chocolate, coffee and vanilla..
