New to Gilberts Disease, what can help me?

I was just diagonsed with Gilberts disease, but my doctor didn't seem to know a whole lot about it.

I am 32 years old, with several health issues, but I am wondering if this Gilberts disease may be one of the main issues with my health?

(Please excuse my spelling)

I have hypothyroidism
Low B-12
Low testostrone
sleep apena
High Colesterol

All of these things I take medication for, and get blood tested 2-3 times a year to monitor.

My main problem is I am ALWAYS tired, noi matter what I do or how much sleep I get.

Looking through a list of symptoms of Gilberts disease, i have several of the symptoms on a regular basis:

Fatigue, tiredness, brain fog, headaches, poor memory, depression, anxiety, insomnia, loose stools, breathlessness, numbness/tingling, weakness, feeling constantly sick, difficulty finding the right words, muscle twitches, mood swings, feeling anitsocial, dry skin, and excessive sweating.

Is there anything I can do or anything I can take to combat these symptoms?

What should i say to my doctor about all of this?

I also take medication for depression/anxiety, but it doesn't always seem to work.
