The key to a successful Fast is to go on the proper Fast at the proper time. Timing is everything. Just jumping into a long Fast, of any kind, can be dangerous.
I recommend first a Liquid Diet for cleansing...then a Water Fast for flushing...then a Dry Fast for healing. Break with as pure a diet as you can stick to. When poor food choices begin to creep back into your diet, repeat the whole process before it goes too far. Nip it in the Bud.
