I have taken the CoQ10 ten times in January.
Between 3000 and 5000 mg.

I took it first thing in the morning with some olive oil. Away from food.

Unfortunately it gave me stronger symptoms, but little results in the toilet.
Hopefully it made them weaker.

In the beginning I took it every other day, then every fifth day as recommended.
I might try it again and take it every day for a week.
