I agree. Trial and error. Thankfullly hydrocortisone works farily quickly. I was totally off the hydrocortisone a year ago this pass christmas.. It turned out to be real bad. Stomach started to shut down vomitting. Couldn't even hold an oucne of water down. I was feeling ok with in a few hours when I upped my dose to 25 mg and then I started all over again slowly and down to 10mg. I tried a few weeks ago....not ready so why push.
