I'm on day 12 of a paragone parasite cleanse. Not seen anything much apart from some mucus and one small jelly like blob which looked like liver fluke larvae.  Is the attached a liver fluke? The sticky out arm is on both sides and looks like tentacles. Doesn;t look like any part digested food that I can identify!
