Sunflower lecithin for lipomosal

I consider myself to be extremely good at on line purchasing natural products/herbs/vitamins/supplements. I also consider myself very knowledgeable in the natural health arena. That being said, I have become very annoyed at trying to locate organic sunflower lecithin granules for making liposomal vitamin C. I have found the capsules but not pure granules. Does anyone know where to find such a thing? Please. Thanks!! Tweet
