Re: Candida in brain

FYI, from what I have gathered, Candida also feeds on the amino acid L-Glutamine.
Natural fructose in healthy raw fruits is food for Candida. Fruit juices have even more sugars per gram than some candy. But not many people were suffering with a yeast overgrowth from eating raw fruits until they also started eating a lot of highly processed foods containing a lot of Sugar and corn syrup, which started soon after World War II.
We are what we eat, blaming Doctors or some med we took long ago is the easy excuse. It mostly comes down to diet and balance.
I had severe itching on my head and at my hair line when I was badly infected.
BTW, Lack of salt in our diets... Salt (which is a sodium, like sodium bicarbonate) has a great acid buffering effect. We have been lead to believe that salt is the sole reason for high BP, not necessarily so. New research is showing that as we have been advised to cut salt from our diets, we have gotten sicker as a whole. Most mammals need to consume salt, we still provide salt licks to deer, cattle and horses, etc...yet we have very low human maximum limits as advised by the Gov & wonderful medical community.
