I know a few people that were killed from younger people driving will talking on a cell phone. how many people are driving while on meds? I know several people taking 20 different meds daily and driving. I think a 2 yr. manditory enlistment in the military would do wonders for the younger generation since parents can't disipline there kids anymore without going to jsil, but then fruit doesn't fall far from the tree either!
