Trust me, it is a good bombshell indeed.  Maybe not as well publicized as the Burzzynski case, but with far reaching implications.  After years of persecution, prosecution, underhanded dealings and proposed fines of over $100,000 per day for non-compliance it is pretty much all over but the shouting.

I'll have a Natural News story up in the next few days about it - and I expect it to get picked up widely by alternative media.
