Yes... some time ago... about 4 months ago... I could feel "thumping around" my decending colon when I did coffee enemas... I could feel something big thrashing around in there.... obviously not liking the coffee enemas I was doing.... (ascaris don't like coffee)


I added vinegar to the next coffee enema and a huge intact Ascaris came out... I estimate I used about 4 tablespoons to a full enema bucket is what I used.

Then... 3 days later.. I had a painful migration up my body of several worms... and now I'm battling a worm in my throat, and several others in other places. I had no idea it would cause such a terrible migration... hence I would not recommend vinegar enema to anyone... I did read about its cleansing effects on line.. but never does it mention the dangers of scattering/migration. Apple cider vinegar oral is fine I believe.
