Not sure where I belong on curezone

Hi all and thank you for this site.

I'm a 50 yr old female who feels like I'm just exisiting.

I have been glued to curezone for the past few days trying to figure out where I belong. Me, physically mentally emotionally and sexually (all other facets) have slowly been impaired since my daughters birth nine years ago!!

I did have post partum depression, I think it was more then average. While I wasn't delusional, I was so engrossed with my mortality. I developed severe shortness of breath, which I was told was "in my head". I so wanted to believe that. It came on suddenly. Several months prior to the breathing problems, I started having upper right quadrant pain. I had this pain before, prior to having my GB out, but it was back.

I went for all kinds of test. I do have dilated bile and panc duct, my Father died of PC at 49, Drs were leaning towards a PC dx, many tests looking for the pancreatic tumor. I did have several ercp's one led to acute pancreatitis, the most painful experience. No cancer was ever found. The experience left me drained.

Please know I was very thankful that nothing serious was found. I wanted to live, I just changed, gained an enourmous amount of weight. Sixty pounds in one yr. I went on SB diet and lost most of the weight. I also started feeling better.
BUT when I started introducing carbs and was "allowed" to have a goodie (sugar) I relapsed very quick.

Ok , today I'm about 15-20 lbs overweight, no energy, not severely depressed but other then tv and internet not much happening. I am so addicted to junk, sweets and salt.

Pleading with my partner to not bring any junk in the house for 2 weeks, to give me a start. I know I sound like a child, but late at night if I know its right there, I cave.

I dont know how much the hair analysis cost. My plan was to start with the hypoglycemic diet and proceed from there. I'm sure most of my hormones are off. I have most of the hypothyroid symptoms, although blood comes back ok. Any suggestions and any help with Sugar cravings will be appreciated. I know I need to take charge!

Other complaints are right shoulder pain, x-ray showed calcium deposit, I thought it might have been exhasberated by menopause. Hypersensitive to smells. Decline in cognitive ability.
