Re: Antibiotics
Thanks for sharing this Marie,indeed
Antibiotics are horrible!! I never really took them as a kid, but 4 years ago I was on Doxycycline for about 4 months for
Acne (
Acne that I now know was a result of my hormones and adrenals going awry!). The dermatologists don't even address diet or lifestyle, nor do they even recommend testing hormone levels. They just hand out
Antibiotics and tell you that it doesn't even matter what you eat!
Before that I had 3 elective surgeries within 2 years and was on
Antibiotics for that too.
I feel your pain with the aluminum. I had high aluminum levels too, and horrible anxiety and muscle pain because of it. I wasn't a soda drinker, and preferred my beer out of glass. I also hated canned food, so my aluminum toxicity didn't come from cans. It actually came from coloring my hair with toxic hair color for years, and from wearing anti-perspirants. My mother always warned me against those anti-perspirants, but I was more concerned about not sweating and smelling good than my own health.
Unfortunately, my ridiculous vanity was a humongous contributor to my AF. And 7 months ago I was looking in the mirror every day at a skeleton with acne, bald patches, dark green bags under the eyes, and ugly red skin rashes.
Funny how things come back around and bite you like that!
