diet and supplements concerns when doing urine enema

I REALIZE that I do have some other concerns, I take about ten natural supplements and I wonder if any of them will contaminate the urine for an enema. I do take Iodine but in fairly small dosages, and I take a few other supplements to increase my testosterone naturally. I read that one should not take drug prescriptions while on urine therapy but what more natural supplements, and what about Iodine in low dosages?
