urine enema safety questions etc
I JUST started urine therapy but I am only doing the urine enemas. There seems to be some confusion on how old the urine can be (again I mean only for the enema, not drinking it).
For example, one person on another forum said he would not use urine more than 8 hours old (for enema) and only if it was refrigerated. It also looks like some doctors from India say you can collect it for weeks. I have done an urine enema using urine (unrefrigerated) that was several days old and I was fine; my intestines did gurgle a lot more with the several day old urine but that was about all. I want to start the enemas up again but I need feedback on how old the urine needs to be.
also, I need feedback on several questions:
How old can the urine be and still be considered safe and effective?
Does urine for just the enema need to be midstream only?
How long can I safely retain it?
How much urine should I use for the enema?
Should I mix warm purified water with the urine?
Should the enema be in the morning or before bed?
basically, I need an entire URINE ENEMA PROTOCOL TO SAFELY guide me in my urine therapy, any help appreciated.
