I'm just telling you what I've learned, hoping it may help someone else.


In my case I've learned that goitres grow from severe Iodine defiency. How do you get severe Iodine deficiency? From having Ascaris infections (which interrupt Iodine upake) and living in a country where the iodine is deficient (almost everywhere).
