need help identification on my sclap

Dear member and expert

i have sclap problem. i live on asian with hot temperature.
i just go to local dermatologist and have no solution

i just want know what is it?

it is bacteria? on agar media it is cloudy and replicate faster .and what type. it is attack my skin and follicle
