Re: Retention enemas with S.Boulardii
Absolutely! I have found that this is certainly the case. The lower colon is the hardest part....the candida really is deeply embedded in the walls of the lower colon.
But that doesn't necessarily mean that you have to do antifungal enemas to get rid of the candida in the lower colon. What I found from experience is that what you take orally is really what makes the difference. As it goes through your stomach and small intestine....it is also actively deactivating the candida in the colon....the enemas are really there to just flush out the dead candida that are attached to the walls. That is why I felt the
coffee enemas help me soo much. They did not help me before...when I wasn't taking coconut oil and other antifungals, and lots of probiotics along with a strict diet.
The
coffee enemas helped stimulate peristalsis which helped purge out the stuff embedded DEEEEEEP in the colon walls. Those deep layers are soo hard to get rid of. It takes so much cortisol and adrenal reserve to eliminate it. That is why so many of us are constantly in the fight or flight response and feel soo much anxiety. Something about candida's defense mechanisms and toxins makes us feel very anxious and stimulates our adrenal response. And it is that last layer that has the strongest defense mechanisms and causes the most anxiety. First you have to weaken it with supplements and diet...then you finally purge it out as well as you can through enemas or colon cleanses. I crashed soo hard when I was about 90 percent rid of the candida in the colon walls. That last 10 percent ate up 8 months of my life......
I kinda wish I knew to take it slow when it came to that last layer....b/c I am now having a really hard time recovering my body's stress response. Every task is extremely daunting...can't even go back to school yet or even walk outside on my own :/
So take it easy guys :)
