I can't remember what she says since I read it many years ago. At that time I tried her supplements too but I did not feel too well on it. I did read that you should not use the milk thistle before flushing.May be I did it wrong at that time too.

Liver detoxification should only be done once the liver is free flowing. This is achieved by utilizing a Liver Flushing protocol. Then and only then one should move to detoxifying the liver cells.
