Candida die off "dumps" or "flare-ups"?
It seems like every couple of months, out of the blue, I randomly get a flare-up of candida or candida die-off symptoms. I've been gradually improving with the help of apple cider vinegar (I drink it twice a day poured into water), a much better diet than before, and kelp along with liver support. I've even been losing weight very noticeably, have more energy, and am much better off than I was at, say, a year ago.
I sometimes have mild candida die-off symptoms, but on some days, it really flares up. Today I had the metallic taste in my mouth, very noticeable, and yesterday my left hand was shivering for a while (it wore off), and after dinner today, I was just suddenly very hungry (abnormal hunger is a candida symptom for me - happens with flare-ups and die-off, and it had been gradually getting better for me over time), and very knocked out.
These random flare-ups of what is either candida or die-off symptoms occur every couple of months. Do they mean anything? Does this indicate any kind of progress? Like I said, I've been definitely improving in other ways (weight loss, less hunger, more energy), so do you guys know if candida sometimes "dumps" or dies off in "clumps" now and then, or if something specific is involved here?
