Yes I don't eat dairy now as I aware that the worms love it....

I don't feel any inclination at all to eat sugars... and I have a very low appetite.

I must be more careful with my food though and try and eat better... but like you, I had no appetite for a while.

Its hard to eat when you know you have a worm in your throat... or in such pain.
