I believe people like Gov. Cristie would be better off doing short frequent fast to help resolve their food issues. Many people can lose weight through fasting but they can't keep the weight off unless they adopt a lifestyle of healthy eating. Fasting can be a very useful tool for obease people, but it is not the whole solution.
