Has anyone ever had an MRI of their pituitary gland?

I only ask, because I did in December and it showed that I practically have no pituitary, just a 'slither' as the endo said. He didnt seem to concerned directly, but he said it was very uncommon, and he feels I must of had a tumour at some point (which makes me think even a virus).

Typing into Google, Pituitary and stress response, it reveals it is paramount of the controlling of the HPA axis, and that of your adrenals. A lot of articles go further to say that the adrenal glands are a very small bitpart of the chain, and the pituitary is the 'master gland' - any abnomily can cause severe symptoms.

I remember back all those years a day, it was a Saturday afternoon when it all started, it was like a black cloud just came over my brain.

Interested if anyone has had similar or has much knowledge?
