I would really avoid that scarring your lips treatment if i were you... it probably won't work and leave your worse off... you have trauma induced ec... leave them alone with moisture for as long as you can... ec is not a wound even though it may have began as one, it's chronic inflammation and the body mistakingly percieves that as a wound... and it is perpetuated by exfoliating and trauma... ec is like a fire, keep it moist and unirritated long enough and eventually it should go out.

if you are okay with maintaining them every day, that's your choice, but i will not settle for any less than full healing (i can't either because it basically forced me out my passion mma :p).
