diahrrea day before water fast?

Hi, I made a post before about starting a Water Fast but having a bowel movement the day before and worried about electrolyte loss.
I decided to eat today instead of start the fast, but have had two watery stools and stil feel more coming.

I have been having lots of electrolyte supplements, drinks, foods, etc today- does that mean I'd be ok to start a 2 week fast tomorrow?

Or should I wait until I don't have watery stools the day before? Tweet
