Build my own Rife?

Somebody in another forum mentioned a Rife machine might do me well. From the reading that Ive just done I think they are right. Ive seen the prices though. Whats the best resource to build my own? John White from a few posts down, the creator of scripts, mentioned you can use your PC? Im a total newby (but is experienced with electronics)and any info would be appreciated.
