Anyone try Latero-Flora?

My candida is raging right now and is wreaking havoc on my adrenals from increased reflux. Nearly all the reviews of the probiotic rave how it kills candida, gets rid of reflux, helps IBS, etc. However there was one or two said that it actually increased their reflux. I'm wondering if this was just a die-off thing. I am pretty desperate though and I need to get back on something. Thanks.
