Yes, there was an import ban imposed in 2009 so no new systems were coming into the US.

We have a used system for sale, with the 2006 SCIO program installed. Also, over 20 instructional dvd's by Dr Debbie Drake and Gage Tarrant on emotional healing. It will come with a 2011 laptop, the program installed and upgraded straps.

We will also provide 3 months of telephone support/training to get you started plus a few easy protocols to follow.

We are in Nevada and will ship this to you, or split the cost of a flight to pickup.
