It is quite possible that you ARE hypothyroid or have high RT3 which is a by product of adrenal fatigue. The thyroid will down regulate the T4 and convert it to RT3 if the adrenals are weak. When this happens, you end up with low T3 which is what the body actually use. With low T3, you end up with hypothyroid symptoms.

It is an excellent source of information on hypothroidism, high RT3 and adrenal fatigue. She has a link on recommended labwork too.
