Can't clear out vata from colon

I'm trying all of the things suggested for clearing vata from my colon with no success.

So far it is working just to keep going without my symptoms worsening, but I'm having no luck making any progress.

I tried seeking help from ayurvedic herbalists but both times the herbs caused generalized pain in my abdomen and intestines which I suspect now may be soe sort of protozoa, but that's just a guess.

It looks like I may be mainly vata since going too far away from the vata diet makes me worse, but I also have pitta too since I can't tolerate heat in summer time at all.

I was doing a lot of Liver Flushes and got stuff out, but still congestion remains, so I think there is something deeper causing the congestion and possibly stemming from the colon with gas and inflammation there that never moves.
