Pompholyx and other forms of eczema question

For quite a while now I've been suffering from Pompholyx and was only recently actually diagnosed with it. My breakouts have never been big at all, just a small cluster of blister like things on both of my index fingers every so often, that's really about it.
About five months ago I got a similar rash like spot only a few centimeters wide on the corner of my eye. I tried moisturizing, not moisturizing, medications, etc. and nothing helped. after a while it just went away.
Then about two months ago I got the same spot on the corner of my mouth on the same side of my face. I left it alone for a month then got fed up and peeled the dry flaky skin off. I then realized that under it was the same very small bump/blister like things that come up on my fingers.

My question is, because Pompholyx is only on hands and feet, is it possible to have multiple kinds of eczema?
I'm very confused and scared by this outbreak.
