On February 3, tomorrow, I am starting a 21 day Water Fast to try to reset my system and combat my "addiction" to food. I have fasted in the past, but have never made it over a week. I will be supervised after my first week, and when breaking the fast, but I thought it would be a good idea to check in here everyday to have a way to be accountable for sticking with the fast. If anybody has any advice for making it through the first week without giving up because cravings, I'd really appreciate your advice!
Oh, and after I transition off the fast, I will be following a vegan diet.
